This Privacy Policy governs the relationship between individual entrepreneurs Gadai A.V. (hereinafter referred to as the Licensor, Suochat) and any individual, self-employed person, entrepreneur, legal entity (hereinafter referred to as the Client) for the processing of personal data (information) when using the service provided to the Client in accordance with the Terms of access and use of the Suochat service. The confidential information policy applies to all data and information that Suochat receives from the Client/Administrator/User while using the service. If any of the terms and conditions defined in this Privacy Policy are not accepted by the person intending to use the Service, such person has no right to use the Service.

1. General provisions

1.1. This Privacy Policy has been developed on the basis of the current legislation of Ukraine, in particular the Law of Ukraine “On the Protection of Personal Data”.

1.2. The privacy policy operates in accordance with the Terms of access and use of the Suochat service (“License Agreement”, “License Agreement”).

1.3. Reading and agreement with the Privacy Policy is required to obtain the right to access the Suochat service.

1.4. By registering with Suochat, the Client confirms that he is familiar with all the documents mentioned above and this Privacy Policy. Consent of the subject of personal data (Client) is a voluntary expression of will to grant permission to process personal data in accordance with the formulated purpose of their processing, provided during registration in the system by putting a mark on granting permission to process personal data in accordance with the formulated purpose of their processing.< /p >

1.5. The Client is solely responsible for distributing data for accessing the service (identifiers, passwords, etc.), for entering personal data of other persons (Administrator/Users), content content, including for compliance of the content with the norms of current legislation. using information (automated) systems.

1.6. When a client/administrator/user registers with Suochat, their account (profile) is automatically created, which includes a number of personal data. The Client/Administrator/User takes full responsibility for ensuring that the entered data is accurate, complete and up-to-date in content.

1.7. The Client independently chooses a password during registration, therefore Suochat is not responsible for its reliability and the consequences of the Client transferring the password to third parties (Administrator/Users). Suochat has the right to prohibit the use of certain logins, can set requirements (length, allowed characters) for password generation, encrypt passwords and use password management programs.

1.8. In the event that Suochat has reason to believe that the information provided is incomplete or erroneous, Suochat has the right, at its sole discretion, to block or delete the Client/Administrator/User account, as well as prohibit the Client/Administrator/User from using the service in full or in part.< /

2. Types of information and the purpose of its processing

2.1. Information provided by Suochat may include:

  • data, including data of third parties (administrator/users): name, postal address, email, telephone number, information about bank accounts (card accounts), Internet protocol (IP) address, browser type, Internet provider – services (ISP), link pages, interests, dates and times of entry/exit, operating system;
  • information downloaded from third services during integrations;
  • downloadable content;
  • information received from the Client/Administrator/User from other official sources, including social networks, and using instant messengers configured to work with the service.

2.2. The Client guarantees that he has received all necessary permissions and consents to post personal information in relation to third parties (Administrator/Users), and also guarantees full and unconditional agreement with all provisions of this Privacy Policy.

2.3. The Suochat service informs that it uses cookies in accordance with the Cookie Policy for content personalization, marketing, analytics, performance, security features and functionality, as well as the ability to access secure areas of the service.

2.4. Personal data may be processed for the following purposes:

  • proper provision of services for the administration and optimization of a complex of trade management processes;
  • improving the operation of the service, including modernization in accordance with the needs of the Client;
  • marketing tasks, namely, bringing new service products to the Client’s attention;
  • communication with the technical support department, marketing department and other service structures, including accepting proposals from the Client/Administrator/Users;
  • resolution of conflict situations;
  • ensuring the implementation of the rights of the Client/Administrator/Service Users.

2.5. Suochat does not control the accuracy and relevance of the information provided to it, but has the right to demand confirmation of its accuracy at any time.

2.6. Suochat may provide the ability to integrate the service with third party products. Suochat has the right to post links to other websites/services. However, Suochat is not responsible for the collection, storage and processing of personal information by third-party software, that is, in such cases this Privacy Policy does not apply.

2.7. Suochat informs that the data provided by the Client/Administrator/User, or which the service collects about the Client/Administrator/User, will be copied and stored on servers located in Western Europe. Such backup and copying will ensure and facilitate the restoration of lost or damaged content.

2.8. Suochat is not responsible for the transfer of API access tokens to third parties and the resulting data leakage.

2.9. Suochat has the right to publish/post personal reviews of the Client/Administrator/User about the service on its website. If a client/administrator/user wishes to delete his review, he must send a corresponding letter to Suochat.info@gmail.com.

3. Cases of disclosure of personal information

3.1. Personal data may be transferred for the performance of an agreement, of which the Client may be a party, beneficiary or guarantor, subject to the prior approval of the Client.

3.2. Personal data may be used to protect the rights and legitimate interests of the service or third parties in cases where the User violates the copyright and other intellectual property rights of Suochat and/or the relevant License Agreement. In this case, information may be transferred to regulatory/law enforcement authorities and the court.

3.3. Personal information may be transferred for connection and/or registration of third-party software products in the name of the Client, subject to the prior consent of the Client.

4. Rights of the Client/Administrator/Users

4.1. Client/Administrator/Users have the right:

  • to protect your personal data within the framework of this privacy policy and the current legislation of Ukraine;
  • edit your account (profile) by making changes and additions;
  • upon termination of use of the service, request the deletion of all account data and content;
  • download content related to the Client’s activities and upload content at any time convenient for this. In the event of termination of the contractual relationship, the Client has 7 calendar days to upload the content; if this period is overdue, the service has the full right to independently delete the Client’s content without approval or warning of such actions;
  • leave feedback on the work of Suochat;
  • request Suochat not to use personal data for marketing purposes by sending a corresponding letter to Suochat.info@gmail.com

4.2. The Client has the right to provide access to the service to additional administrators/users.

5. Security of personal information

5.1. Suochat takes the necessary legal, organizational and technical measures or ensures their application to protect Personal Information from unauthorized or accidental access, destruction, modification, blocking, copying, provision, distribution of personal data, as well as other unlawful actions on Personal Information, including including, but not excluding:

  • Uses RSA encryption in the Suochat system.
  • Protection of authorized sessions.
  • Constantly improves methods of collecting, storing and processing data.

6. Final provisions

6.1. This privacy policy may be changed unilaterally by Suochat by posting the new version of the policy terms on the Internet at https://suo.chat/privacy-policy/. In the event of such changes, this privacy policy will be updated to reflect the last updated date.

6.2. Suochat recommends periodically checking the Privacy Policy for changes.

6.3. The procedure for using the Suochat service is governed by the License Agreement.

6.4. If there is a conflict between this Privacy Policy and the terms of the License Agreement, the terms of the license agreement will govern the relationship.
